Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions. If the answer to your question is not there, please contact our customer service via the contact form.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will receive your track & trace code as soon as your order has been processed in our system. Your package will be packed based on receipt. This means: we process order by order. Orders from customers that were placed before your order will therefore be packed earlier. Of course, orders that are received after your order will be packed later than yours.

Payment can be made safely and quickly via iDeal.
We ship your order with DPD for €5.99. Orders over €75.00 are shipped for free. As soon as your order is packed and handed over to DPD, we have more insight into the delivery of your package.
Please note: it may take a few days before you can track your package, because your package is not packed immediately. After this, you can track your order using the track & trace code. Delivery will take place within 2 to 5 days after you have placed your order.
The time of delivery depends on the busyness of the carrier.
Have you received a track & trace code, but the status remains the same? Then your package still needs to be packed and is therefore still (not ready/not yet packed) at our distribution center.
If you want to return a product, please fill in the form before sending het retourformulier . Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The shipping costs are at your expense. Returns of goods are only possible if the ordered goods are in their original condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be made within 5 working days after receipt and processing of the returned goods.
